Multiple Body Parts Injured. Muy Importante!

Happy Monday everyone! I was meeting with one of my clients today and we discussed an issue that comes up frequently in worker’s comp cases: failure to report any and all body parts/medical issues stemming from an industrial accident. It is absolutely imperative that you mention to your doctors (and make sure it’s documented) about each and every complaint you have that you relate to your case. Otherwise, you may end up like my client trying to get another medical condition included as part of the claim through litigation which can be very difficult.
